Lugansk state medical University is one of the oldest and leading medical higher institutions of Ukraine and former USSR. Lugansk medical university was founded in the year of 1956. Since 2004, Scholars Information Center (SIC) has been appointed as the Official Agents in Sri Lanka for Lugansk State Medical University. SIC has successfully sent many students from Sri Lanka for Medical and Pre-Medical faculties.
